RESTORATION SERVICES

All restorations require a 50% deposit before work will begin with the balance due upon notification of
completion.
No item shall be left with us longer than one month from time of completion of the restoration. Customers who cannot remove their items within this time will be responsible to pay storage costs of $1/day for the period the item is left behind, beyond one month from the completion date. These storage fees are payable to Honeyland Productions prior to return of said item(s). Larger items may be stored off-site, and storage costs may vary for those items. The customer will be responsible for the actual costs of storage off-site, along with our processing costs incurred. Honeyland Productions reserves the right to discard or lien sell any property unclaimed within 90 days of completion of the project, or, thirty days after written notice has been given to the customer if any arrears remain outstanding. |
